      <image:caption>Hyde Park Estates Branding Brand identity creation and roll-out for one of London’s oldest yet least known estates bordered by Bayswater Road, Edgware Road and Sussex Gardens in W2. The project sought to raise the profile of the estate in the first instance to its residents, but ultimately to the rest of central London and the international community who live in or visit it.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>CityWest Leaseholders Booklet A booklet sent to Westminster’s 9,000 plus leaseholders explaining the process of major works. Our task was to produce a piece of work that presented rather dry, informative copy in a clear, engaging and professional way. The client also didn’t wish to use generic photographs in any way. Our solution was to use a simple device throughout which involved building graphics from various words which related to the subject of each of the booklet’s sections. The result – a visually coherent, easy-to-read booklet designed to be kept and referred to.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Kitewood Estates Corporate brand The rebrand of a long established residential and commercial property group based in London and Kent. Following a series of meetings and workshops with the client it was agreed that the new brand needed to be contemporary and professional in feel, and easy to apply across a range of media. The solution was an elegant, retail-inspired typographical brand reminiscent of a designer label.</image:caption>

The brief from the client was to convey the quality of the McCarthy &amp; Stone experience in a straightforward, informative yet warm way.       <image:caption>Genesis Marketing Campaign A hugely successful, ongoing advertising campaign aimed at selling the concept of shared ownership to an under-informed audience of potential buyers. A radical approach in that it dispensed with selling properties primarily in favour of educating potential buyers about the shared ownership offer. The campaign also acted as a spearhead for establishing Genesis’ brand in terms of its typography, colour, photographic style and written tone of voice.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Gray &amp; Farrar International Advertising Campaign An international advertising campaign designed to target high net worth individuals to the ultimate matchmaking service. Using the visual language of luxury branding, the campaign focused on a series of studio-shot images juxtaposed with an esoteric sounding statement or question. Gray &amp; Farrar’s presence online was kept to a minimum to emphasise the personal, face-to-face nature of the offer as well as clearly differentiate it from any online dating websites.</image:caption>
